		WHO IS CPS? CPS Dental, Inc. (CPS) is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), established in 1989, with over 1450 dental locations in the New York and New Jersey Metropolitan area. CPS is not an insurance company. We offer the DentSave^SM discount program everyone who does not have dental insurance or who wishes to supplement their insurance coverage. Top of page

		WHO PAYS THE DENTISTS? You pay the discounted dental fees, as shown on your fee schedule, directly to the dentist. DentSave^SM is a discount dental membership program, providing you with deep discounts on your dental services. Top of page

		WHERE ARE CPS DENTISTS LOCATED? DentSave^SM is currently available in the New York City metropolitan area. If you live outside of this service area you should not join DentSave^SM at this time. CPS is expanding the DentSave^SM service area; so if you give us your email address, we will notify you when DentSave is available in your area. Top of page

		HOW ARE CPS DENTISTS CHOSEN? CPS dentists are selected through referrals from: dental consultants, colleagues of existing panel members and member recommendations. They are screened based on their expertise, endorsement of our program and a background verification. They are all well respected community members. Specialists are all Board Qualified or Board Certified. Participating dentists are located in the neighborhoods where program members either work or reside. Credentials are reviewed prior to acceptance and the panel is monitored on an ongoing basis. Top of page

		WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE CPS GROUP PROGRAM? Everyone who doesn't have access to dental insurance now has an alternative. You can slash 25% - 50% off the cost of usual and customary dental services. The CPS DentSave^SM Program member will always know, in advance, exactly what the dental fee-for-service will be. All members can choose any CPS DentSave^SM participating dentists. There are no waiting periods, no deductibles, no exclusions and no forms to fill out. Cosmetic dental procedures are included in the program. All applicants are guaranteed membership. Top of page

		IF I HAVE A DENTAL INSURANCE PROGRAM, SHOULD I JOIN THE DENTSAVE^SM PROGRAM? Absolutely. Most insurance plans usually reimburse 40% - 80% of the dentist's fees. You, the patient, pay the difference. Since the CPS DentSave^SM Dental Discount Program fee schedule is lower than the dentist's charges to the general public you will have a much smaller difference to pay out of your pocket. In addition, the CPS DentSave^SM Dental Discount Program may provide low cost fees for treatments and procedures not covered by your dental insurance. (e.g. cosmetic dentistry.) Top of page

		HOW DO I FIND A CPS PARTICIPATING DENTIST? After you become a member of the CPS DentSave^SM Dental Discount Program and get your personal identification card you should review the list of CPS participating dentists on DentSave?s website. After reviewing this list, you select a dentist whose practice is convenient to your home or workplace. Call the dentist you select and set up an appointment. Please make sure to identify yourself as a DentSave^SM member and confirm the dentists? current status in the program. And that's all there is to it. If you want to change your dentist, you can do so at any time and for any reason. You, and you alone, select your dentist and decide whether you will continue treatment with the dentist you selected. 		SINCE I CAN JOIN AT ANY TIME, CAN'T I WAIT AND JOIN WHEN I NEED A DENTIST? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! In dentistry that really is true. We encourage preventive care so that you won't "need a dentist". Prevention is far more cost effective than expensive reconstruction. It's in your own best interest to join and use this plan right away. Top of page


		HOW DO I JOIN? Complete the on-line enrollment form and CPS will email you your DentSave^SM membership card(s). You will then be ready to use the dentist of your choice. For more information you can email your questions to info@dentsave.com. Top of page

	WHAT MEMBERSHIP MATERIALS DO I GET WHEN I JOIN THE DENTSAVE^SM PROGRAM? All new Dentsave^SM members will be emailed their identification card showing their DentSave^SM membership. In addition, a welcome letter describes how to use the program. A listing of all participating dentists and a current fee schedule, which clearly shows how much you have to pay for dental procedures and treatment, is always available on dentsave.com website. 		HOW DO I JOIN AND PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF YOUR CURRENT SERVICE AREA? CPS is currently planning program expansion. CPS will announce additional geographic service areas as soon as they become available. Top of page
